Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, Guarantees, Return and Refund Policy – Hygeia Beauty

Preamble

Promotional products will be indicated by a “PROMOTION” label, a rounded price, or a strikethrough price. Our promotions are valid within the limits of available stock at the time of the order and during the promotional period.

For CUSTOMERS outside mainland France, https://www.hygeiabeauty.com is required, in accordance with applicable law, to charge VAT on orders shipped to most countries within the European Union.

For CUSTOMERS outside the European Union and overseas territories, orders are not subject to VAT but may be subject to local taxes and customs duties in the destination country. Disclaimer: Any inaccurate information provided by the CUSTOMER with the intention of avoiding VAT may result in civil penalties and criminal prosecution.

The prices of the products listed on the website https://www.hygeiabeauty.com do not include handling and shipping fees, which are charged in addition to the price of the purchased products, based on the total amount of the order.

Article 4. Order

The contractual information is presented in the French language and will be subject to a confirmation that includes this contractual information no later than the time of delivery. KW INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION LLP reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.

Article 5. Payment

Article 6. Right of Withdrawal/Return Policy

The CUSTOMER, who purchases a product or service remotely from a professional, has a period of 14 days to change their mind about their purchase. The same period applies in the case of telephone solicitation.

If the CUSTOMER wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they are not required to provide reasons or pay any penalties.

The products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the signed original delivery note. The return costs are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER will receive a credit note for the initial amount of their order, excluding delivery costs.

No returns or withdrawals for the sale of live plants will be refunded!

Article L121-21 of the Consumer Code states that the CUSTOMER has a period of fourteen working days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller for exchange or credit note, without any penalty.

Article 7. Delivery

The delivery of the products will take place, after the payment of the order has been recorded, to the delivery address provided by the CUSTOMER during the order process. An email will be sent to the CUSTOMER to inform them of the shipment of the products. The CUSTOMER has the option to choose from different delivery methods.

The shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen delivery method (home delivery, pick-up point, post office, etc.), the weight of the package, and the destination.

The delivery times are provided for information purposes only. If the delivery exceeds thirty days from the order date, the sales contract may be terminated, and the CUSTOMER will be refunded.

Article 8. Warranty

All products offered by KW INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION LLP on the website https://www.hygeiabeauty.com are covered by the legal warranty provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it can be returned to KW INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION LLP, which will either take it back, exchange it, or offer a credit note. In the event of a dispute arising from the order, delivery of the products, or the execution of the sale, the CUSTOMER has the option, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, notably with the assistance of a consumer association or any other advisor of their choice.

Article 16. Warranty (For any order placed on the hygeiabeauty.com website)

Our “Hygeia Beauty Electric Face Massaging Heating Cleansing Brush” is warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase, subject to proper use.

If the “Hygeia Beauty Electric Face Massaging Heating Cleansing Brush” product malfunctions during the warranty period, the Customer has the option to return the product within the warranty period, and a new product will be sent to them free of charge as a replacement. The Customer should contact contact.hygeiabeauty@gmail.com to obtain the return address.

However, the return of the product with a malfunction is at the expense of the Customer.
